Meet the instructor
Sara Evans
A student of yoga for more than 25 years, Sara found her yoga practice to be a profound source of insight and intuition during the birth of her first child. This experience was the catalyst to studying yoga the year following, specifically to share the tools of yoga with other women on their journey through pregnancy and motherhood.
Since training to teach yoga in 2009, Sara's passion for sharing prenatal and postnatal yoga has grown, inspiring not just to the women in her specialty pre and post natal yoga classes but to fellow yoga teachers and mothers.
Sara's fluid and feminine approach to yoga in her prenatal teaching has influenced how she teaches vinyasa, yin and slow flow classes; grounded in the wisdom of self guidance through intuitive movement.
